How should I do my hair?Make up?shoes? :) (dance)?

there’s a dance Friday and I want to look well hot/sexy
I got this dress;

I also have black high hells and pink high hells( both from le chateau)

How should I do my hair?
i have ligth brown hair

oh and the makeup?
please keep in mind i suck at doing makeup
and i i have basic tools…..lol….
